Save/Load RT-axis

Hello,

I have a program where I qualify and save the RT-axis in postsettings with command saveRotaryTableData("testx1")

I another program I load it in presettings with command loadRotaryTableData("testx1")

Is this the correct way to do it? Asking because I can not see that the date and time is updated in the window for the RT-axis.

I am testing this because it would be a good thing to implement when using different parts and when its not always possible to measure RT-axis on the part itself.

Hi,

 This is why I requested this feature a while back , good to see others are interested in it. 

 

Anyways you can also use this PCM to get the RT-Axis Date :  

getRTData("axisDate")

Maybe this will help.

Also, if you know for example one of the values such as 'angleToMainAxis' from the saved file, you can confirm that also with PCM.

Also , I'm told loading RTAxis is not designed to work in simulation.
