They must hear a lot of customers voicing pain, but they aren't being very proactive on letting customers know that they acknowledge the situation. Many organizations that rely on an offline workflow and paid for this year's SMA have effectively been fleeced by being sold a defective product. [Ka...] Posted September 23 Share Posted September 23 The Planner was already a real imposition in previous versions. Stability, reliability and the simulation environment are simply abysmal. It only works moderately well if you know exactly where all the pitfalls are. The 8.0 version was supposed to be a big hit. And from what I've read, it's basically the same rubbish. For us, that's a show-stopper when it comes to even trying out 8.0.
