Calibration icon not active anymore (for configuring the measuring volume)

Hi,

I use Inspect correlate pro. I did a measurement that worked fine. A few minutes later I wanted to perform another measurement, but I had this message "Switch to the workspace set up and configure the measuring volume".  I already had this message when I made an update (Inspect correlate to Inspect correlate pro). This consisted of making a calibration, just after declaring a measuring volume (a gom object in my case). The problem is that the icon "calibrate" is not active anymore in the workspace "set up" (see the attached file)? I analyzed my sensor. It looks fine.

Anyone has a suggestion?

Dear Laurent,

This is not normal behavior, as the measurement volume does not change, but sometimes the software prompts you to switch to the workspace and set up and configure the measurement. If the system loses calibration, you must follow the setup procedure and recalibrate after defining the measurement volume and setting the aperture and focus. 
If the problem persists, I would recommend contacting the local partner for support.
