Importing a CSV file from Polyworks to Caligo

I want to start out by saying that I have had Zeiss Caligo training basic and advanced but please offer advice as if speaking to a layman. We use Two different CMM programs at my place of work caligo with a Zeiss Pro t2 and Polyworks with a Faro Quantum S. I am trying to take a CSV feature list from the Polyworks program and import the nominal values of features into Caligo but when I import the CSV nothing populates. I am definitely doing something wrong whether it's importing incorrectly or the format of the CSV being incompatible I am not sure what the problem is. It could be that I am also misunderstanding the use of a CSV but what I remember from training is that it could be used to instantly create feature based off the data in the file. I have tried to follow the handling of CSV files in the advanced training book but have hit a wall. Any and all help is appreciated (I have included the CSV list that I am trying to import So that if it is format issues it will be easier to tell.)
