Saving .act files to online directory

Our shop has 5 different CMM's, so in an effort to keep up with revision changes across all machines I have created an online directory that holds the most recent program for operators to pull from. That part has been functioning fine, however I cannot get the actuals to save back to the online directory. I have tried every option under "Measuring results Export (ASCII)" and changing both the export paths. I can get gear pro to create the needed folder but the actuals file continues to save to the previous location on the computer SSD.

 

Anyone have any insight or ideas?

Please provide a screenshot from the dialog where you talk about.

You wrote "actuals", for me "actuals" means the ".act" files.

Do you ask for "ASCII export" is not working correctly to network drive?

If yes, please provide an .act file then we can have a look inside.

Yes sir, in the past I have been able to save the actuals (act.) files in the same folder that the initial program runs from with the current attached selection. Screenshot and act. file attached.

Yes, what I did do differently just now was update "Measuring Data" to the updated location and it worked!

I'm glad I was able to help you this afternoon. If anyone runs into this at a later time, the "Workpieces/Nominal data" needs to have a different value than the "Workpieces/Measuring data" option, otherwise the checkbox will automatically set to off, which then causes the act files to follow the gear file.
