Line Down. Error: This message needs a postive integer argument

Hi,

Has anyone seen this error below. It's occurring during the base alignment when trying to measure cones. Other features like planes, points, circles and lines are running okay. The error is occurring on multiple proven programs and even on newly created programs. 

The cone strategy has a normal set of points. If you change the cone to single points, the cone runs fine. All styli have been re-qualified. 

This error started occurring after a windows update. Version is 7.4.12 and they are not able to upgrade to the latest service packs.
