Probe changing issue.

Hi gentlemen, I'm having an issue with probe loading and store. please advise. I have photo below.

Check for dust, dirt or chips on contacts. Or maybe corosion on contacts.

One thing is for sure - they are not connected

I did clean all up but when the vast grab the probe the drop back in, in out in out. you think because of the sensor?

Is this a specific probe or all of them?

If it is a specific probe, swap out the base plate and see if it stops the error.

From there you can now assume the base plate is faulty until determined why.

Richard, Yes all of them. Seem the XXT holder disconnected I see no light up but the RDS rotation still working.

Likely a bad XXT sensor.  Contact HW support.  They can tell you if its resolvable via cleaning or if it is in need of replacement (determined via review of sensor parameters during remote session)
