[Ri...]
I am trying to fit a Stylus Cleaner on a Micura with a minimal working area. What I am having trouble doing is obtaining the maximum travel in my Y axis, both negative and positive travel from a fixed center line. The center Line would be from the StyliCleaner BV unit shown in the model. The goal is to figure out if I have the travel area to approach the StyliCleaner from either side of the Y axis with probes that require long extensions and styli, do I have enough room to travel to and from. Some might recall my post of forcing probe travel to be only in the Z axis, this is part of the planning too. Basically, reaching out to Zeiss engineers who most likely know travel limits that could help me out. In the next post is a model in 7z format. Any help is appreciated. 3x50_318015851.ssc

[Je...]
Limits are controller based and not readily accessible to the user. They also may be re-set or adjusted when a service tech remaps the machine during calibrations.
[Ri...]
Thank you, Jeffrey. I will have to place my fixture within the current end limit of at least .50" and hope it never over travels.
