If you have a curve, then you can try kink point ( i think it's called like that ) - you just scan curve and then use circle and line

Then you can try whatever is close to real part to measure circle with at least 3 points and restricted radius as drawing states ( or if you can ask on machining what radius they programmed ) this will be the closest you can get
