Vast XTR and using Vast MT adapter

Recently got a new contura with XTRSensor.

Now I know the sensor works using the VAST Mt plates. What I am running into is when either manually picking up probe or getting from the probe socket dang thing alarms out with "88 hardware not conform to specifications"

I can turn stoplight back to green and pick it up with manual mode to tell what is in the head... then it works fine. I've scanned and probed many things.

The master probe is basically a vast Mt plate and works just fine...

Any thoughts?

The first question is - are these original Zeiss MT plates? I've had an issue where I was sent Q-mark plates by the supplier and on a brand new machine they've refused to work with that error - all of them. Got them replaced with Zeiss plates and the problem was gone.

Now, I do see it from time to time and usually cleaning the plate with electronic contact cleaner solves the issue for a while. 90% of the time it happens with XTR plates, not MT.
