Multi-Part .CSV export.

Hello yall,

I'm working in ZEISS Inspect Optical 2023 and have a few questions similar to a previous thread i have posted.

Currently i have a program set up with a fixture that holds 10 parts that are all a batch of the same workorder. In my program i have done a cuboid partition to separate out each part individually to provide their own mesh. The issue i am running into is that i want a separate .csv file for each part that will contain the same criterion numbers to be uploaded into our inspection database.

For example:

Parts 1-10 all have a diameter check that would be Criterion (1) and at the current moment i have Criterion (1) as well as Criterion (1 - Copy 1-9).

I was wondering if there was a way to separate these into their own report pages without the "- Copy" at the end of the criterions. Any advice is helpful and if i need to go more in depth just let me know. Is there a way to efficiently put them into their own stages and export the .csv's that way or is there a setting override for duplicate names?

Kind regards,

Hi DJ,

there is a multipart workflow in the kiosk interface. The measuring will take place in a measuring setup and the evaluation is carried out part for part with an evaluation template, so there is no problem with doubled inspections/element names. The parts are assigned to their evaluation template with a text file, which is used by the kiosk.

Please reach out to support for the setup of this workflow.
