Changing stoplight colors

I am trying to get the stoplight on my report to change colors (green, yellow, red).  Right now, no matter what the report is, all green, has yellows, whatever, it stays red with the number of reds as 0.  How do I change the light to change colors to represent the report?  Thanks for the help.

Seems like you are having something evaluated out of tolerance but not shown in report.

Find that characteristic and remove tolerances - that should do the trick
