How to measure small cylindrical surfaces whitin a cylinder

Hi everyone!

I'm in need of some help from this awesome forum. I have a part that has four steps of a cylinder within a cylinder. The whole cylinder is Ø316 mm and the four steps are Ø315 mm and aproximately 30 mm long. When I try to select any of those four steps to make a cylinder of them it won't let me pick them and puts the cylinder on the Ø316.

Can you help me find a way to create that cylinder?

Open the Cylinder from Nominal, then use the Patch selection tool to grab the specific surfaces, see if that helps.
