[Ge...]
HI, I have a doubt, I want to know the position of spots, but the idea is that I put the reference points (tarjets) up to the spots and after I link the position of the refence points with the nominal element, How can I link the elements? [Na...]
Hi Geovany, maybe you could describe your problem a bit more detailed: What kind of spots are these? Can they be measured with the ATOS sensor? Generally the software supports adapters. You would place the adapter for let's say a cylinder into a thread on your real part. On the CAD there would be a nominal cylinder with measuring principle "Adapter" (https://techguide.zeiss.com/en/zeiss-inspect-2025/article/cmd_inspection_measure_by_any_adapter.html). You can also define adapters for points or planes for example. If you want to stick a single reference point on the spot, you could first create a nominal point close to it with measuring principle "Project point on actual". In the dialog change target from "automatic" (this would be the polygonized mesh usually) to "reference points" from the measurement series: It will be projected to the nearest point and can be checked. The result and the point it is projected on will change with the alignment.
[Ge...]
Hi thanks for your reply, I meant welding spots, I wanted to know their the positions, but in the CAD doesn't have the elements, so, I wanted to do this exercise as for obtain an approximate result like the image you sent me.
