Can someone explain the VDI Acceptance test calibration report Summary for the ATOS Q and how they relate to the accuracy of the sensor? What is the Limit? Is that the limit set by Zeiss? Thanks! [Ra...] Posted November 3, 2025 Author Share Posted November 3, 2025 More specifically, what does the Summary Acceptance mean in terms of Probing Error Form sigma (is sigma referring to stdev?), Probing Error Size, sphere spacing error, and length measurement error?
