[Ra...]
Hi, I have a very complex mesh with many peaks and valleys that are not included on the CAD. This is usual but there is sag region I would like to identify but the only portion I'm able to capture with the min/max deviation labels are those peaks and valleys, not the sag region itself. I have reduced the Max dev of normals down to 5 degrees and my max search distance lower as well. Is there anything else I can do to capture the sag instead of the peaks in the region? Thanks! [Na...]
Hello Rachel, maybe it can be detected with a surface defect analysis? https://techguide.zeiss.com/en/zeiss-inspect-2025/article/cmd_inspection_inspect_create_surface_defect_element.html Could you post a picture or sketch of the problem if this does not solve it?
