Gage Qualification/Correction

When setting up Gage Qualification, I know that it is important to use the same measurement strategy and evaluation settings. However, does it make a difference if an Inner Ring Master is used to qualify for an Outer Diameter measurement?

Definitely yes. Even slight differences in nominal and actual diameter are less problematic than changing from outer to inner and vice versa.

Yes.  Bending parameters will be exactly opposite what you teach for any given rotation probed.
