Rotary Table causing issue with Rack location.

The recent rotary table install has created something buggy. In short my cmm keeps losing rack location. I'll be running a program and in the middle of the program it will go to the rack to put away a stylus and pick up another one and Sometimes it goes in a little high and the rack won't catch and hold onto the adapter plate, so it never releases the probe and then it stops and says error with the xxt changer. Other times it will go in low and the shroud of the XXT will hit the rack changer and the RDS gets forced over in the B rotation. Then all my styli qualifications need to be redone. Because if I just reset rack location with the master probe and continue most of my characteristics will show out of tolerance. Once I requalify the styli they are fine. Another thing is that sometimes the drives won't stay on. I thought it was an air pressure issue but it's not. As soon as I disable the rotary table in the CMM settings tab it will run. I feel that there is a software issue with the rotary table install. because I am having the rack location issues with both CMMs and never had this issue with our old CMM until it also got a rotary table last week.
