Autorun Multiple pallets at once

Does anyone know how i would go about running in this configuration that i drew up, I rarely use autorun but i have a 1000pc job i would like to automate. I think i understand how to go about running the parts on the left side but how would i go about doing the right side? does that involve some sort of offset of the initial fixture? Or would i have to run the two sets separately?

You can create a pallet for each side and then select both pallets and define a sequence.

When you go to run them you can select your sequence.
