Display Graph of Two-Point Diameter Scan

Hello, I have been asked to report a Two-Point diameter as a graph that shows the lows and highs. I have been told that an icon similar to the one I posted was previously on the Two Point diameter characteristic, but it isn't present in my version. I tried looking through pi-web for help on how to report this, but it doesn't show any graphical reporting options for Two-Point diameters.

Does anyone know of a way to report a two-point diameter or even just a normal diameter so that it shows a graphic showing the lows and highs of the scanning on a graph that has the x and y coordinates also on it.
