Target scanning

I use an atos q 12m with GOM Inspect 2020, is it possible to scan an object using sticky targets different from what the MV requires (i.e. 1,5 mm with MV100)?

For ATOS 5 MV500 we were told it accepts one serie up and down from 3mm.

For ATOS Q MV 100 is recommended 0.8mm - it should take 1.5mm and 0.4mm
