[Ma...]
I have a similar question, I have a plane called back to two datums, one is another plane -D- which makes sense as it would just be a tolerance zone of parallel planes but its also dimensioned to C which is a circle which can only control translation which seems weird as parallel plane can rotate and move and it wouldn't change anything in my mind, I only have experience with Positional call-outs from a plane to a plane but this one is also at an angle and D is not at an angle, how would I go about setting this up? [Ma...]
We are using surface profile for this callout

Hi Please sign in to view this username. , you most likely need to rotate to the theoretically exact angle to establish relation tolerance zone - DRF, because it's only in 1 axis: Edited Friday at 09:15 AM
[SH...]
Create an alignment using D and C, then rotate the DRF to that 10 degree, Is it that much difficult??.

And if report reader is bothered what is that recalculated nominal, you can add translations together with rotation and get to desired nominal: Edited Friday at 09:26 AM

[SH...]
Someone's told me that, other software do it automatically. But in calypso we have to do it manually.

[Ri...]
The new GD&T engine will correct for non normal space axis. You only need to do a special rotation if you want the nominals to match your drawing as shown.
