First you have to have defined name of pdf file for correct protocol ( PiWeb, older presentation ) and checked PDF button to save them.

Naming is searchable on forum and PDF button is in multiple protocols window. Not at Calypso right now to send screenshots.

Choose what you need. Just remember to use variables otherwise you will be overwriting the same file over and over.

The PCM scripts create files in locations you decide (The drive and path).

It creates folders if they do not exist.

It places files in the folders created or existing.

It will never overwrite a file due to the Date and Time stamp appended to the file name.

It is also based on user information in the "Definition of Multiple Report" section.

I use:

Drawing No.

Incremental Part Number (Used as a counter and or serial numbers)

Order

Start Comment (in case you want to add a comment)

Workpiece Rev. (Used for drawing revision)

All of these are part of the variables in the script I attached in my prior post.
