How do I graph a free form surface that's measured ? I want the report to display the cad model along with the points that have been measured. Showing variation in color in the stress/non stressed areas.

In Calypso - surface profile, enabled visual evaluation and CAD view

I have the profile option here.  Is this the one your referring to ? Where is the enable visual evaluation ?

There's no plot function for a free form surface.  In very simple terms, you'll need to create a CAD Presentation by starting in CAD > Evaluation > Check Display.  Set up the view and other settings.  Click Manage views.  Create and save a view. Click CAD presentation.,

How can i get it to display the cad model + stress and non stress area

CAD > Evaluation. I generally click "Display" and "points". Then you can choose the type of

geometry to show plus/minus material. Color Gradient is useful as well. It's pretty self-explanatory.
