ConvertPiWebDatabases not found

Recently installed Calypso 2025 with SMA and I'm trying to convert my .dfm piweb databases to .dfs. When I went to look for ConvertPiWebDatabases in the start menu, it was not there. Am I looking in the wrong place? That is where the user guide is saying to look.

Perhaps it's looking into new location ( new instalation ). Remember path from "Calypso x.x" and go back to "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Zeiss" and there should be more than one "Calypso" folder

The release notes say it was removed from 2024 and future versions, although my own 2024 install still has it. You might have to use 2023 or some such version to convert your database files before getting back to 2025.

Yup, this was the solution. Wasn't available in 2025. Installed 2023 and it was there.

You are correct, the tool is not installed alongside the 2025 version of CALYPSO.

Thank you for the Knowledge Base article link.  Worked great.  FYI it does not need to be installed on the PC with Calypso.  It just needs to have the "c:\Users\Public\Documents\Zeiss\CALYPSO 8.0\workarea\PiWebReportingDatabases\" path or it will close before allowing to select a new path.
