[Ma...] Posted January 7 Share Posted January 7 Hallo Wir setzen in der Produktion FARO Messarme ein, welche nun leider EOL sind und Aufgrund von defekten nicht mehr funktionieren. FARO kann die Geräte jedenfalls nicht mehr reparieren. Nun düfen wir 2 neue Messarme anschaffen und möchte in die Runde fragen welche Messarme ihr so einsetzt, ob ihr mit der wahl zufrieden seit oder ob es Produkte gibt, von denen man am besten die Finger davon lässt. Es gibt ja massig Hersteller von Messarmen, FARO, Wenzel, Hexagon, API, Trimos, Kreon usw. Wir benötigen die Messarme nur taktil, also sicher ohne einen 3d-Scanner oder optische Funktion. [Ma...] Posted January 7 Share Posted January 7 We had for demonstration from Absolute arm 6 and 7 axis, which i would recommend and one from Tomelleri, which didn't meet our needs. I think absolute arm should be succesor of Hexagon Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[Pa...] Posted January 26 Share Posted January 26 I never want to see another FARO again. What an impossible task to keep such a sensitive device in good shape when 200 machinists share them. The worst I saw was when the lathe operator was in cut, chips and coolant flying everywhere, with the arm mag attached to the tool turret. When the machine would back off, the arm would whip and bang into the turret.
