PiWeb Formulas

I am having issues with a few of my custom formulas hoping to get help on this issue. I am showing defects on a part that is scanned with our Zeiss robot. Right now, my formula will show Level 1 and Level 2 defects and it works great. I am working on showing  new report with only Level one defects but the formula i have does not show any defects. I have a formula to show just level 2 defects and it works great also. I just need help fixing the formula for the level 1 defects
