Dividing mesh data into groups.

When working with a lot of mesh data, I want to divide it into groups so I can quickly hide and show certain parts.

How can I do this?

Hi Latif,

this is possible with tags (ZEISS Quality Tech Guide). Set tags for each group, select in explorer, press v for visible or i for invisible.

If the meshes represent a part at different times or states, it might be better to create a stage project from the meshes.

Converting the project to a part project might also be an option. Again, it depends on the application behind this 🙂
