Chararacteristic table as Table list

Hello,

I'm trying to create a characterstic table but this characteristic table I want it to be as a table list see photo wavetable.gra.Mine goes on the next page....Does anyone know what has to be done?Also tried the page layout as table layout but no luck.

You need special PCM syntax to create more then 30 harmonics for a table at PiWeb.Also advaced handling for the customized PiWeb report is necessary.

Please post more info, so I can send costomized PCM ans PiWeb.

Hello Klaus.

I've attached the measurement plan inspection.What it needs,the harmonics table list of the 3 waveness to add it near the fourier analysis plot as it is in the measurement report you attached.

I'm using the Calypso 8.0 version the plan inspection is in 6.2.

Hello, I have a question regarding the Suppression Level parameter in the plot, and I would appreciate your assistance. Is it possible to modify this limit directly via PCM, or is it necessary to use custom templates with different values in order to keep the desired limit constant?

Additionally, in the image below, it can be observed that the Suppression Level is set to a value of 1.0.

Hello Dragut

It's a fixed value for the Waviness template and you can only modify it manually 😞

Also most of time the input shows 0.000, because it's rounded to integer 😞

A possible value at your example could be 10nm ==> input = 0.000010 ==> shown = 0.0

Therefore I prefer customized graphic for parts, which longer under production.

Hello

I've put an inspection, result PFT and the userfield.ini into the topic.

The customized PiWeb reports are stored inside the inspection.

The parameter file is adapted to the simulation, smaller RTA tolerance

Other optimizations

1 - Correct nominals inside surface => PCM values according to this nominals

2 - Number of calculated according to evaluation range 1500 harmonics

3 - Some tolerances were set to zero ?

4 - Collect the reports into one PDF by GhostScript

5 - Stylus configuration by planner (subdirectory)

6 - Customized userfield.ini for special record head data

7 - The important PCM you will find inside the waviness evaluation and the addiional characteristics

8 - The are new parameter at the para.txt, which is loaded by PCM command inside the pre-settings of the inspection

Inspection should run in simualation.

Please send me and actual.zmp after the test one a CMM

Thank you very much for your support 🙏.I've just managed it to test it on simulation not on CMM yet but everything It works smoothly.
