[Ro...]
Hello, I have a scan cobot with Zeiss Inspect 2025. When I run a program through the KIOSK interface, the Hyperscale calibration is not executed. In version 2023, this process ran automatically when starting a program. Do you have a manual for GOM Script? I look forward to your reply. Thank you very much.
[Na...]
Hello Rodrigo, the behavior was changed, so that the hyperscale calibration is only executed when it is needed (temperature change). It does not run every time anymore. Please contact your local support if you want to run it every time, there are some ways to do this. With Zeiss Inspect 2026 Service Pack 1 there will be an option to define which behavior is used. Nanno
[Ro...]
Hello Muehl, Thank you for your response. This is a problem because we have noticed that for some parts we measure, issues arise if the sensor is not calibrated. I think we should try to modify the KIOSK custom path script, but do you know of a better solution? Thank you very much.
[Na...] Posted yesterday at 03:11 PM Share Posted yesterday at 03:11 PM Hello, a decalibrated sensor should trigger a full recalibration. The hyperscale recalibration could be inserted into a measurement series inside in the project template or by the custompatch, but the solution depends on your VMR and setup. So I think it would be best to contact support with your project and custompatch. Nanno
[Ma...]
Please sign in to view this username. Hi, i have a question about this topic. We have a room with regulated temperature for ATOS where we do full calibration. But we will need to scan outside where can be +20°C higher temperature then at calibration. Would be hyperscale enough or is there a chance that we would need to do full calibration? Also can be this hyperscale object self made ( ref. points would be sticked on that part ) or we really have to buy it? Thanks
