Measuring maximum mismatch

Hello, I am being asked if it's possible to measure a maximum mismatch of .2mm between two tools. Highlighted below one tool is cutting the red line and another tool is cutting the yellow. I'm assuming curve might be able to accomplish this but I'm still learning it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

What sort of mismatch are you trying to identify? A difference in the arc/radius being cut, a difference in position, both?

The note on the print states "It is permissible to have a 0.2 maximum machine mismatch between surfaces" The two-colored areas are two different radii. If the machine tool cuts these with different tools there might be a step and the allowable amount of step is 0.2. I'm being asked if I can measure this mismatch on the CMM

If those are part of a circle then simple method would be to scan those areas as 2 separate curve or you can mesure it as 1 curve.
Then recall measured points into TED circles with restricted radius.
Now just compare origins of those circles between themselves.

Another approach would be having 2 curves - make bestfit alignment for each. Then make 2 teoretical points with same origin ( i would choose a point between those 2 curves ) and now the important part. Each point will have it's alignment from one of bestfitted curve.

Now you can measure those points to get their distance.
Bestfitting will move those points.
