[Ra...] Posted February 4 Share Posted February 4 I am trying to analyse strain for a bonded joint in GOM Correlate. However, my values are completely wrong. I have done the alignment, define 2D scale and then surface component before analysing strain using sections. I am new to GOM, so I am not sure if I am missing something. And/ or give some more context for what you are tryiing to acchieve and what you have tried so far? Can you define "completely wrong" a little bit closer? What do you expect and where does your expectations come from? General workflow would be: Create a Surface Component => Create a Section on it => Inspect for Strain.
