Getting Rid of Extra CAD Presentation

I like to show results in my reports so operators can see where plus and minus material exists.  Have normally used CAD presentation in the past with 2019, but would like to start inserting the images in the report with 2025.  I had it working at first then I clicked the CAD presentation button and now it won't go away.  What do I need to do to eliminate the separate CAD presentation in my saved file? Thank you for any help.
