Rotary table questions. One Tertiary related and one CAD view related

Part is a cylinder on rotary table (RT axis is a measured axis using the 2 circles at 0 deg and 2 circles at 180, base align not rotating with rotary table)

OD of CYL is Datum -A-

Top of CYL is Datum -B-

Datum -C- is a 10mm wide slot (in CAD or perfectly fixtured on RT would have one plane 5mm Y-, other plane 5mm Y+) I have created a line from center of Datum -A- to Symmetry plane (used points projected to -B- plane)

The 1st problem I am having is that the line or even the plane perpendicular to Datum -C- planes is 1.877° relative to Y/X and not 0° like the rotary table. So I need to rotate the RT 1.877° for any features in slot -C- and then if I  have another slot 90° from -C- I have to command the RT to move 91.877°

Can I make -C- "0°" on the RT in the program and then each other slot will be whole number? I'll try to add a picture this weekend.

Question #2 is CAD model, with -C- being at an angle on the RT the view is not showing the true position of the features, can I translate the model or is that going to throw things off?
