I also get the exact same error when trying to install on another desktop running Win11 Pro. [To...] Posted February 17 Author Share Posted February 17 Update. Seemed like something was up the ZLMT program that came on the USB. Even though it was the latest version, I downloaded a fresh copy from the portal. This time, I tried having the dongle installed and it worked. Next, I went to my desktop, inserted the dongle, used the ZLMT program from the USB and got the same error as above. I downloaded a fresh copy from the portal and then it worked. [An...] Posted February 19 Share Posted February 19 Should not need the dongle to install the licensing software itself. I have seen a few cases were the install files can get corrupted and fail to install as you mentioned. I would also make sure you are extracting from the zip file then install the with the extracted files and not just run it from the zip file itself.
