Looking for Complete English CALYPSO User Guide 2026 (Single PDF) for Self-Study

Hello everyone,

I am new to ZEISS software and I would like to study CALYPSO independently.

I am specifically looking for one complete English PDF User Guide that explains the general workflow of using a CMM with CALYPSO — including the user interface, basic measurement plan creation, and core functions.

I have searched the ZEISS website and the community pages, but I only found separate topic-based materials (and not always in English). Unfortunately, I was not able to locate a single comprehensive English User Guide document.

At the moment, I do not have personal or company access to CALYPSO software, which is why I am asking here as an independent learner.

Is there an official English PDF manual available for public access?

Additionally, is there perhaps an interactive online version, demo platform, or web-based training environment that would allow beginners to explore the interface?

Hello Denis,

first of all, sorry for the late reply.

 

I attached the CALYPSO Basic Manual, which is included within the CALYPSO installation as well as other manuals for different CALYPSO Options (such as "curve", "preset", "pcm" etc.)

 

Training documentation/manuals is only available through an official training at Zeiss, you can't buy the training manuals individually.

Unfortunately there is no interactive or demo version of CALYPSO available.

This guide might be a little out of date, but it is still relevant for the most part.

My friend Steven Devowe owns this business and is an excellent teacher.  The training courses have a cost, but there are also a number of free resources on that website.

Also, Zeiss provides outstanding training, so perhaps your company would be willing to send you. They have in-person (my preferred method), Live-Online, and Self-Paced versions of training:
