"Failed to log in" Error when clicking on Log In in Zeiss Quality Suite

When I attempted to log in in Zeiss Quality Suite, I encountered an error as "Failed to log in" below. Does anyone know to resolve this issue?

There should be a search bar at the top right of the screen, type in a part number and it should take you to the correct page where you can then perform product searches.

I’m getting the same error message as HoangD when I try to sign in to Zeiss Quality Suite. Is there a solution for this?

@Richard Stanich: I can’t make sense of your proposed solution. Was it related to the issue mentioned above?

 Same issue here. My guess is it has something to do with Windows Update that happened last night across the world.

Attempting to setup a new ATOS Q station and I'm unable to due to not being able to download Zeiss Inspect Optical 3D as it fails with the login error. Is there a work around or hot fix for this?

Thank you very much for reporting the login issue.
Our development team is currently investigating this problem internally.
If you suspect an issue with the latest windows update it might be an option to roll this back. 
In the meantime, if the login via ZEISS Quality Suite (ZQS) is not working for you, please use the ZEISS Portal as an alternative, especially for downloading software.

To help us analyze and resolve the issue more quickly, we kindly ask you to provide support data from ZEISS Quality Suite via your local ZEISS support organization. They will forward the data to us for further investigation.
