If you suspect an issue with the latest windows update it might be an option to roll this back. In the meantime, if the login via ZEISS Quality Suite (ZQS) is not working for you, please use the ZEISS Portal as an alternative, especially for downloading software. To help us analyze and resolve the issue more quickly, we kindly ask you to provide support data from ZEISS Quality Suite via your local ZEISS support organization.
