[DW...]
As relates to CT, what cathode warm up procedures do you do? Do you use the X-COM utility (conditioning) or rely on the Zeiss Quality Suite overlay? Edited February
[TI...]
Maybe we are the only 2 people where the CT isn't a paper weight?  I do the conditioning. I don't even know what the overlay is you are talking about. Fixing to test 2026 next month to see if I get scans equal to or better than 2021. We cannot afford even 1% less worse scans b/c I'll have machinists all over me with the tolerances we have to hold and we are dialed in with 2021. I have to spend a few days updating our scan scripts to accomodate the new variables and methods going from a volume to mesh. [TI...] Posted yesterday at 01:27 AM Share Posted yesterday at 01:27 AM (edited) Please sign in to view this username.  does anyone else use these CT's? I have 50 machinsts wishing all the CMM parts were on the CT at this point....they didn't like the CT until I got it dialed in and now thru correlation with many systems this is almost replacing the CMM as the gold standard....although my heart is always with the accuracy of a good and well calibrated CMM....if I run a part on the CMM and CT I get nearly the same results in PCDMIS.  How has no one offered an opinion on the OP's question? Maybe one day a new user will join and there will be three of us! 🤣
