Ways to mount many small parts on one pallet – suggestions

Hi Guys,

Could you suggest what solutions you use for mounting many small parts on one pallet (e.g. small rotational parts – bushings, etc.)? 

I’d like to get some inspiration. Previously, we didn’t use the autorun option or measure multiple parts in a single setup.

Photos of holders, fixtures, or links to manufacturers of such solutions would be welcome.

Depending on weight, size and magnetism.

Running in an autorun is good for selecting nests, but using new PiWeb is more time consuming, then the old ones - so if you are concerned about time, then i would use more parts in one program.

Or combination of autorun and many parts in one program ( like each nest would be one line of N parts ).

We've used rubber pad and screw head on granite to place parts and perform quick measure of concentricity.
