SSC, Planner and Actual Machine Stylus Data

My apologies if this question has previously been answered, but I've been unable to find a solution through my web/forum searching.

I have a situation where I set-up my Planner-Offline seat over a year ago, and out of the 30something probe positions I use often, maybe only 5-10 get used daily.

This morning I chose one of the styli that rarely get used. I'm assuming when i created the offline seat and imported the stylus systems, I chose the incorrect "Position of the stylus before rotation" (I think that was the name of the pop-up window when performing your first import from SSC.)

Anyway, my question is, is there any way to easily fix this incorrect angle (on this single styli)? The stylus should be normal to the -Y direction, not +Y. I went in to the Stylus System Manager and changed the Y vector to the correct integer, but I don't know how to adjust the actual geometry to match the physical CMM (Contura G2).

Also, as a test, i added a new stylus with the correct rotations and then qualified in Planner. I didn't think this would work, but it leads me to thinking, "Is there no way to add an additional rotation/stylus once the data (.pcf) file and .ssc have been imported into Planner? Must i re-import the entire Stylus System from the machine? When observing in Planner, I could see the new "Test-Styli" was performing measurements in the correct direction, but without a way to match this single stylus back to a .pcf file or knowing what actual geometry to enter, the entire stylus system is shifted in +X.

As of now, I'm working around this by simply using my -Y standard styli and then changing to A-90_B0_-Y styli once the program is uploaded to the CMM.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA!

-Dylan

You should be able to go into "Rotate Stylus to new position" button, go to Styli list, go to the probe you're having an issue with Update the A and B angles, click "Creates a new stylus system button, click update, then ok twice. This window is how I add new probes to my planner seat.
