I found a description of the exact same error: https://carl-zeiss-industrial-metrology-llc.helpjuice.com/piweb/piweb:-piweb-cmm-server-not-started , but there is a transition from Calypso 2019 to 2020, and we have a transition from 2020 to 2021. We tried to fix the error using the method described in the link above, but it did not work! Has anyone encountered this error and knows how to solve it? Help!
