[Ri...]
All of a sudden, the mast and probe system is out of alignment on my planner seat. Any help getting this back in alignment would be appreciated. It was fine yesterday, started Planner today and I get this. Please sign in to view this quote.
[Ri...]
I was able to resolve this by using my template and creating a new program from features and characteristics of the original program. Same model. Same Features. Same Characteristics. Same Base Alignment. Same, same.
[Ri...]
Most likely this was due to the Base Alignment and the Machine Coordinate System being wrong. This is very common in the Planner world if you just bring in a model and don't perform any CAD Model Transformation - instead you just select the axis manually inside of the Base Alignment. Maybe this wasn't your case, but I've seen this personally so many times.
[Ri...]
Hard to say, this was a legacy program written around 2016 or 2017.
[Ch...]
Sounds like you are good to go at this point but wanted to mention this is typically caused by a miscalculated base alignment for a particular measurement plan when in simulation. Can occur when running simulated data sets through a base alignment. Typical fixes for next time: Perform a new simulation manual alignment. Perform a Resources > Utilities > Set Base Alignment to Zero to clear the saved alignment and perform a new manual if needed.
