When you have a CAD then just press button on top "Clearance Plane from CAD model" - it will cover whole model.

Unless you can fit only a part from model into the machine. But this, showing Z axis direction is not correct.

If it's your first program without definition base alignment, then first place CAD model, then translate it into correct orientation. Now extract features for base alignment.
Make that alignment and now you can make clearance cube.

I am getting into hardware error limit 15 when "Clearance Plane from Cad model" upon selecting the CAD model. I defined the base alignment based on tooling spheres using RPS method Free form. Hardware limit error. Any suggestions Thanks

Have you checked if the axes of your actual alignment match the CAD view? You can use CNC / move to position (or something like that). Let it move a certain distance in each axis to see if the directions are correct. Sometimes an alignment can end up flipped by 180 degrees, which may not be visible in the CAD view. Then Calypso assumes  -Z is +Z and can hit the hardware limit above the granite plate
