IT is having trouble transferring my Zeiss Calypso license from my old work computer to my new one.

Hello, all. I am asking this question on behalf of the IT personnel since I have Zeiss Portal access. I am due to receive a new laptop as our company is obsoleting all devices that cannot run Windows 11, and I am getting an upgrade. They are encountering an issue when trying to register my dongle onto the new computer, the error reads "Supplied IDs are not activatable" and "Product Key xxx.... has already been activated".

Is there a step we are missing to get the license transferred to the new computer? Thanks in advance for any insight.

Hi Ronnie,

please contact your local support (see Links -> Contact at the top of the forum) with your license information. The license needs to be reset so you can activate it on a new device.
