[Ro...] Posted April 6 Share Posted April 6 Hello, all. I am asking this question on behalf of the IT personnel since I have Zeiss Portal access. I am due to receive a new laptop as our company is obsoleting all devices that cannot run Windows 11, and I am getting an upgrade. They are encountering an issue when trying to register my dongle onto the new computer, the error reads "Supplied IDs are not activatable" and "Product Key xxx.... has already been activated".
