Quality Suite 7.1.2847.0.1 fehler

Hallo

Nach dem Update der Quality Suite auf Version 7.1.2847.0.1 erhalte ich beim Login eine Fehlermeldung und kann mich nicht anmelden. Im Forum sowie im Browser funktioniert die Anmeldung jedoch

I have the same issue, but it's also Software Store, Training and Tech Guide that fail to Log in.
The Zeiss Portal was very slow and some times unreachable yesterday.

das ist richtig, allerdings gibt es mehrere Gründe für den Fehler "Failed to log in". Die aktuellen Login-Probleme existieren seit letzter Woche und sind durch externe Einflüsse bedingt, s. aktueller Post im verlinkten Thread.
