PiWeb Report Disappears

When i run a program the PiWeb report is visible for about 10 seconds and then it disappears. It is not on my task bar either, so i have to go in and go up to View and Multiple Report to bring it back up to view and save. Is there something that i am missing to keep the Report up and not disappear? Thank you for any information on this.

As far as I am aware, the only actions that will automatically close the PiWeb report are saving the Calypso program, or if a subsequent PiWeb report is generated. Some things to poke around for - Any PCM calls at the end of the program? Any files (global or local) named measurement_end_pcm.txt, calculation_end_pcm.txt, inspection_end_pcm.txt, or report_end_PCM.txt that are causing the PiWeb closure through PCM?

At then end of the program, when the popup shows "Report generating" or whatever it says, can you snapshot this before it closes and post that snapshot here? Is this new behavior or has it always been this way?

It has always been like this. I am wanting to see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing i am. And how they might have fixed it?

I also have this issue.  I use ALT-TAB to scroll through the open windows. Just keep hitting alt-tab until the pi-web report is highlighted and let go.  It will pop back up.l

I tried this and if i dont use ALT-TAB right away and bring it up after it disappears. Then it is no longer there. Thank you for the information to try.

I am drawing a blank on how to reload multi report? When you reload it does it stay up on the screen. How long after that do you have to reload multi report again because it keeps going away? It's frustrating for sure, i guess i am to the point of wanting to make it stop because i have been working with this for 2 years now. Thank you for the information to try out.

In the top menu select View

Then select Multiple Report

This will regenerate the PiWeb report.

One thing to remember, if you have opened any characteristics, the regenerated report will only reflect the characteristics viewed.

If that happens, you have to cycle thru all characteristics, re-run the part with "Clear existing results" turned off.

Yes, that is what i have been doing for so long is going into View and Multiple report and bring it back up. My bad, i was thinking you were talking about reloading the whole PiWeb report, like the Standard Protocol one that i am using currently. This is why the frustration has set in having to go in and reload the Multiple Report again.
