Hole perpendicularity, parallelism and it position w.r.t pipe axis

I have an one meter (100 cm) long hollow pipe , diameter is 10 cm. At center of pipe, one hole  7.5 cm , normal to the pipe axis,  and callout are  hole perpendicularity ,  parallelism asd it position w.r.t pipe axis.   I measured pipe as datum /A-B/ on plus  Y-axis , align it, measured Hole at Z-axis (vector 0, 0,1).

Just want to know how to report these callout.

Can you post a sketch of that callout and how thick is that pipe?

OK so if you can not scan hole as a cylinder, then you have to use that small plane at that hole for rotation.
