Hello,

I would like create a specific alignment with a lateral hole in my part.

I have realized a pre-alignment with a gap with my two hole.

Which function can I use to align the cone of my CAD with the cone of my real piece? Because the measurement type is not appropriate to align this function with my real part

I would make an section based on circle/cylinder to make two circles-like sections.

Now make refferenced plane in middle of those sections.

Now go to "Construct -> Point -> Other -> Intersection point Curve/Surface"
Select this section and plane. In your case it will produce points 1-4. I would suggest to select a Start point to keep correct point count in nominals and actuals.

Now you can do symmetry point to fix rotation. And if you want you can now make bestfit selection with allowing only rotation.
