trial license rejected

Hello,

could you please try to navigate to the License Overview in the Suite -> Details of problematic license -> Revoke. It should be possible to activate it on another PC then. The license is PC bound, so if it was activated on PC 1 and it is then tried to activate it on PC 2, it will not work.

If the issue is not resolved please reach out to your local support (Get in touch with our team | ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions) with the entitlement ID of the license.
